It’s the quick and easy solution for making scrambled eggs, omelettes, cakes and biscuits quiche and pasta.

Directions : Just mix with water and cook as you would with a normal egg. To reconstitute the equivalent of one Medium egg, take 14g egg powder and add 14g (ml) water. It can also be used without rehydration when baking.
